Privacy Policy

In force from 1 September 2026. This policy covers dollarmediatechnologylimited.uk and is written to be read, not skimmed past.

The short version

We do not ask you to register, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build a profile of you. The site stores one entry in your browser to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. Everything else is the ordinary server log that any web host keeps.

What we collect

• Server access logs. Your IP address, the page requested, timestamp, referrer and user-agent string, recorded automatically by our host and used for security and fault diagnosis.
• One local entry. The key dmtl_cookie_choice in your browser’s localStorage, holding your response to the cookie notice. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it from our side.
• Anything you email us. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to answer, plus our correspondence archive.

What we do not collect

No accounts, no passwords, no payment details — we have no mechanism to take a payment. No advertising or social-network tracking pixels. No cross-site identifiers, and no third-party scripts of any kind — every stylesheet, font and script this site loads is served from our own domain.

Legal basis

Under the UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests for server logs — keeping the site available and secure — and on consent for the local storage entry, which is only written after you act on the notice. Email correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in answering you.

How long we keep things

Server logs rotate out after 30 days. The local entry stays in your browser until you clear site data; clearing it simply brings back the cookie notice. Email is kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Who else sees your data

Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. Beyond that, we do not share, sell or rent anything. We would disclose data only where the law requires it.

Links on this site lead to third-party game pages. Once you follow one, that site’s own privacy policy governs what it collects, and we have no visibility into it. Read theirs before you sign up to anything.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@dollarmediatechnologylimited.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and describe the change in this section. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
