1. Who we are

This site is published by Dollar Media Technology Limited (“DMTL”, “we”, “us”), registered at Kam Fone Mansion, 16 Kamfong Street, Yau Tsim Mong District, Mong Kok, Kowloon. We publish editorial reviews of social entertainment apps. We do not operate, host or distribute any of the apps described.

2. Who may use the site

You must be 18 or over, or the legal age in your jurisdiction if that is higher. By continuing to use the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. The site is aimed at readers in the United Kingdom; we make no claim that its content is appropriate or lawful elsewhere.

3. Permitted use

You may read, print and share our pages for your own non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with a visible link back to the source page. You may not republish our reviews in full, scrape the site at volume, resell our content, or present it as your own work. Automated access that degrades the service for other readers is not permitted.

4. Intellectual property

Text, layout, page structure, iconography and the DMTL name are ours or licensed to us. Game titles, key art, studio names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and editorial comment only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of DMTL by those owners, nor of them by us beyond what a review states.

5. Links to other sites

Our cards and review pages link to third-party game pages, and those links are commercial — see the Legal Disclaimer. We do not control the destination. Its content, terms, prices and privacy practices are its own and may change at any time. Following a link is your decision and at your own risk.

6. No warranty

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for accuracy and check our facts, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free, nor that the site will be uninterrupted. Reviews describe what we found when we tested; apps change without telling us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMTL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or any loss arising from your use of a third-party app or site reached through ours. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. No advice, no gambling service

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice, and nothing on it constitutes a gambling service. The apps we describe do not award real money or real-money prizes. We do not accept stakes and hold no player funds.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in the site or in the law. The version published here is the one that applies, and material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
